Cancellation and Refunds Policy

1) Changes in dates and nights

If you request a change to your booking dates or number of nights, availability is rechecked with the supplier. The final price may change based on the current rates for the new dates, seasonality, and any supplier-imposed conditions. If the new request is not available, the booking may be cancelled under the terms described below.

2) Changes in party size

If you reduce or increase the number of travelers, we will confirm whether the updated occupancy is available. The price may change accordingly due to per-person or per-room pricing, transport availability, and any supplier restrictions. If the updated party size cannot be accommodated, we will advise you of alternatives; otherwise, cancellation may apply.

3) Cancellation and refunds

Refunds depend on the time of cancellation and the supplier’s booking conditions for the chosen service package. In general:

• Early cancellation: refunds may be available, subject to non-refundable reservation costs and any mandatory supplier fees.
• Late cancellation: refunds may be reduced or not available if the supplier has started charging cancellation fees or if services are no longer re-sellable.
• No-show: may result in reduced or no refund for unused services, subject to the supplier’s terms.

Where partial refunds apply, the amount is calculated based on the portion of the services cancelled and any non-refundable components.

4) Exceptions

Certain services may be subject to special cancellation conditions (for example, limited-capacity events or specifically produced components). If special conditions apply, they will be disclosed before you confirm the booking.

5) Claims and dispute handling

If you believe your refund request was handled incorrectly, submit a claim to contact@streamlayerhub.com. We will review it and respond in accordance with applicable Ukrainian consumer protection rules, including how complaints and claims are addressed.
