These Terms of Service apply to your use of the ski holiday itinerary and to requests for quotes offered on streamlayerhub.com (the “Website”).

1. Scope of service

Through the Website, you may view an itinerary for a ski holiday and send a request for a quote (“Quote Request”). The agency’s role is to provide availability and pricing confirmation before booking, based on the details you provide in your Quote Request.

Availability and final pricing are confirmed only after the agency’s verification and communication with you (for example, by email).

2. Information we provide before booking (distance contracting)

Before you place any order or make a booking, we provide sufficient and reliable information to identify the business and understand the service/contract terms, including the seller’s identity and contact details, the main characteristics of the service, price conditions, payment/delivery/service terms, and how claims/complaints are handled.

If the Website uses e-commerce functionality, required business information is presented clearly and accessibly.

3. Booking confirmation and changes

Any availability, schedules, and rates shown on the Website are indicative until confirmed by the agency. After confirmation, we may require clarification of traveler details (e.g., names and dates) to finalize the booking.

If circumstances require changes, we will communicate them to you in a timely manner. The final terms depend on the confirmed booking.

4. Liability limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the agency is not responsible for indirect losses (including loss of profit) arising from information provided by you in a Quote Request or from changes outside the agency’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory Ukrainian consumer protection rules.

5. Dispute resolution and claims

If you have a complaint related to the service, you should submit a claim to the agency’s contact details provided on the Website or in the booking confirmation. We will consider the claim in accordance with applicable law and will respond within a reasonable time.

For consumer disputes, you may also rely on the procedures provided by Ukrainian law.

6. Personal data

If the Website processes personal data (including for analytics/marketing purposes) using tracking technologies, such processing is carried out in compliance with Ukrainian personal data protection requirements, including lawful purpose and consent where required.
